The edible mushroom substrate consists of two general layers; The first layer is compost and the second and upper layer is casing soil. Casing soil is one of the most important processes of growing mushrooms, i.e. completing the reproductive phase; as the reproductive growth and mushroom fruiting takes place in casing soil. Avval Abadi Commercial Company offers its casing soil product under the brand name of Tima Peat, mostly in one ton packages in special big bags. The product offered by this business is not processed and it is completely virgin and natural. This kind of soil contains no pollution and harmful bacteria. Due to the high percentage of moisture retention, which is definitely more than 85%; It is specialized with more features than other brands of European soil available in the market. The low weight and high volume is an important feature of our product which requires very little irrigation due to the high moisture retention percentage; This percentage of low
